Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel their photography session. This allows sufficient time for the photographer to adjust their schedule.

Refunds:

Full Refund: If a session is canceled with more than 48 hours' notice, clients are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.

Partial Refund: If a session is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, a partial refund may be issued at the photographer’s discretion, minus any non-refundable booking fees.

No Refund: If clients fail to attend the session without any prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

Advance Notice: Clients wishing to reschedule should provide at least 48 hours' notice. This helps ensure that the desired new date and time are available.

Flexibility: Cisneros Photography is committed to accommodating clients' schedules, offering flexibility in selecting a new date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling Fees:

First Reschedule: No fee is charged for the first rescheduling if done with adequate notice.

Subsequent Reschedules: A small administrative fee may apply for subsequent rescheduling requests.

Special Considerations

Weather Conditions: Outdoor sessions may need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather. In such cases, the photographer will work closely with clients to find a suitable alternative date without any additional fees.

Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, both parties are encouraged to communicate as soon as possible to find a mutually agreeable solution.
